BC Raspberry Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- BC raspberries - 1/2 cup
- your choice of lettuce
- vinegar - 1/4 cup
- yogurt - 1/4 cup
- croutons - 1/2 cup
- garlic clove - 1
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Crush garlic and raspberries.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Clean & tear your desired choice of lettuce.
- Add croutons (if desired) and dressing & mix well.
- Top with fresh raspberries, if desired.
