Chilled Raspberry Soup Yield: 6 Serving: Serves 6 Print Chilled Raspberry Soup By RIDC August 5, 2015 Ingredients Raspberries, Fresh - 4 cups Banana - 1, cut into 5 pieces Orange Juice - 1 cup Light Sour Cream - 1 cup Raspberries, Fresh - for garnish Mint Leaves - for garnish Instructions In a blender, whip raspberries, banana, orange juice and sour cream until smooth. Refrigerate the soup for at least one hour. Serve soup into small, chilled bowls. Garnish with mint leave and fresh raspberries.
