On February 29, 2016, the Minister of Agriculture and the Presiding Member of the Executive Council signed the new Order in Council No. 120 establishing a levy of one cent per pound on raspberries to be paid by the growers of raspberries, who produce 2000 pounds or more to the Raspberry Industry Development Council Regulation, B.C. Reg. 484/98.
