    Official Contest Rules — “Passport to Sweetness”

    1. Eligibility

    The “Passport to Sweetness” contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BC Raspberries, its affiliates, promotional partners, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

    2. Sponsor

    The contest is sponsored by Raspberry Industry Development Council, #265 32160 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC V2T 1W5.

    3. Agreement to Rules

    By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

    4. Contest Period

    The contest begins on June 15/25 and ends on August 30/25 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period.

    5. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must complete the Passport to Sweetness by visiting participating farm locations and scanning a QR code, and completing the online entry form. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

    6. Prizes

    Prizes include Bernardin canning kits and assorted prize packs featuring canning accessories. Approximate retail value (ARV) varies per prize pack, ranging from $25 to $100 CAD. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Gift certificates must be used by expiration date and cannot be transferred for use at another farm.

    7. Winner Selection and Notification

    Winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Draw will take place monthly on or about the 30th of the month. Winners will be notified via email within [5] business days. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within [5] days, an alternate winner may be selected. Due to potential Canada Post strike, winners must pick up from the sponsor’s office located in Abbotsford.

    8. Rights Granted by You

    By entering this contest, you grant the Sponsor and its promotional partners the right to use your name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

    9. Terms & Conditions

    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest should fraud, technical issues, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless, Raspberry Industry Development Council, Bernardin, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.

    11. Disputes

    This contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Abbotsford, BC.

    12. Privacy

    Personal information collected through this contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
